project brief
Parkville by Oliver Hume
One of Australia's most reputable property developer Oliver Hume, with the help of a small team of prominent Australian designers, has created ‘Parkville’ - 20 luxury residences designed to recreate the classic Victorian period home concept for modern living.

Parkville by Oliver Hume has been launched with the intention to meet the needs of modern lucrative owner-occupiers who are seeking quality accommodation.

These new homes take the best of a treasured lifestyle and improve on it. We've used modern ideas drawing inspiration from abroad to create timeless luxurious homes.

Bringing it to life
Oliver Hume asked Digicap to help them bring this project to market. It is important to communicate the functional information of housing structures and the premium design. We set out to create an experiential design that visually interacts with the users to assemble Parkville residential story.

By combining actual architectural renderings of luxury homes and vivid esteemed oasis of green surroundings, our concept of an immersive living experience has been built. Designed to be responsive, the site is optimised for all devices

To announce the launch of landing page, we delivered a digital marketing campaign that reflects Parkville’s sophisticated and modern essence. We designed a series of customised e-Newsletters by sending out monthly, banner ads released at different stages and press ads published on real estate magazines, to keep clients and potential buyers in the loop on project announcements and happenings.
